Our policy lasts 7 days. Seven days after receiving the goods, we will no longer provide returns and exchanges.

About Fully assembled keyboard
IMPORTANT: We don’t accept any return application on the grounds of bad feel or dislike. Because the assembled keyboard cannot be sold again, the return application is not accepted for all assembled keyboards or self-assembled keyboards

For the shipping ( Not received)

1. Delivery information: we suggest you contact local courier, we could not offer a refund or resend

2. Undelivered for the following situation:

(1) wrong address or phone number

(2) no-reply any email or call from the local courier

(3) refuse signing package

(4) refuse to pay tax

(5) refuse clearance

All fees caused by above should be afforded by the recipient Reminder: we suggest you buy insurance in case of loss or damage, then you can file a claim

For the PCB

1. The following is except warranty

(1) the USB Port loose or drop

(2) the Hot-Swap socket loose or drop

(3) the Diode loose or Drop

(4) make solder PCB to be Hot-swappabe

(5) the resistance capacity loose or drop

(6) For soldered PCB that are not assembled by KBDfans, if the circuit is damaged or the components are damaged, KBDfans can provide free repair services, but KBDfans does not bear the freight!

Reminder: All PCBs are tested well 3 times before shipped out

For Switches

All lubed and disassembled switches are except warranty

For Stabilizers

All Clipped and lubed stabs are except warranty

For keycaps

If there is something wrong with keycaps, please contact us within 7 days after you receive the package. Once the key cap is used, we do not accept returns.

For the case

(1) Anodized hanging points inside the case is a normal situation

(2) Regarding the damage to the keyboard case, we will not provide any compensation for more than 7 days after the parcel is delivered.

(3) Slight scrathes of the case and brass weight are normal situation

(4) Screw is stripped or twisted,this situation is out of warranty

Order Cancellations

1. For non-Group Buy orders, we could cancel them for you before the logistics company picks them up. The refund will be back to you around 1-3 business days after order cancellations.

2. Since the refund policy from PayPal has changed this year. KBDfans is very stressful on the Group Buy refunds. So we have to change the refund policy for that now. We have to charge a 4% service fee if you want to cancel a group buy order at this moment.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Friendly reminder:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
